What's working
No briefing yet
A briefing is written automatically every Friday morning for the draw week that ended with Thursday's draw, and updated when you import that week's attribution report. Press Update briefing now to create one for last week.

Campaigns this week
| Campaign | Spend | New customers | Cost per new customer | Meta new customers | Meta purchases | Meta cost per purchase | Meta vs RaffleX orders | Weakest step | Decision |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
No Meta spend recorded for this week.
Names that don't line up
A campaign only gets a decision when its Meta name matches the utm_campaign RaffleX recorded.
Last 12 weeks
Bars show Meta spend. The line shows cost per new customer from Meta campaigns, against your target.
New sign-ups
People who signed up in each period, how many placed an order in that same period, and what they spent by card. Wallet credit is shown separately and left out of the average order value, as in your monthly figures.
| Period | Signed up | Placed an order | Conversion | Orders | Card spend | Average order (card) | Spend per buyer | Wallet credit used |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| (so far) |
No sign-ups loaded yet. Import a users export.
Sign-ups and first purchases
Most people who buy do so within minutes of signing up. A falling 24-hour line points to a sign-up or first-checkout problem rather than an ad problem.
New customers by the week they joined
What each week's new customers went on to spend by card. Meta spend per new customer is blended: all Meta spend that week divided by all new customers, including those who didn't come from ads. "…" means that group hasn't been around long enough yet.
| Joined (week of) | New customers | Meta spend per new customer | First 30 days | First 60 days | First 90 days | Spend to date | Bought again within 30 days | Became regulars in 90 days | Paid back so far |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
No new customers to show yet. This needs both an orders export and a users export.
Regulars who have gone quiet
| User ID | Orders in those 60 days | Card spent in those 60 days | Last order | Days quiet |
|---|---|---|---|---|
No regulars have gone quiet.
Competitions
Card is new money; credit is wallet winnings being re-spent. "First entry for new customers" shows which competitions recruit newcomers. Add ticket capacity and prize cost to see sell-through and margin.
| Competition | Last sale | Buyers | Tickets sold | Capacity | Sold | Card | Credit | First entry for new customers | Prize cost (£) | Margin | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
No competitions in this range.
Margin is card plus credit, minus prize cost. Card alone would understate it, because credit spent here clears winnings you already owe.
Weekly sales
Card revenue and credit re-spent each draw week, with Meta spend for comparison.
Day of the week
Share of card revenue against share of Meta spend over the last 28 days. A day where the spend bar towers over the revenue bar is a candidate for ad scheduling.
Monthly check
New users and card revenue now fill in automatically from RaffleX (shown in grey). Type a figure only to override it. If Meta looks great but this doesn't improve, Meta is over-crediting itself.
| Month | Meta spend | Retainer | New users | Card revenue (£) | Ad cost per new user | Including retainer | Card revenue per £1 | Share credited to ads | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Customer value
Break-even is what a new customer is worth, times your margin. Use your own figure, or let the dashboard measure it from real first-purchase customers once there are at least 20 old enough to count.
